FREQUENTLY ASKED
Is Certificate Maker AI really free to use?
Yes, 100% free with no sign-up or credit card required. You can customize, download high-res PNGs, and export vector PDFs with zero watermarks.
Can I request a custom template design?
Absolutely! Select 'Template Suggestion' in the contact form, tell us about your use case (e.g. sports trophy, music recital, medical conference), and our design team will consider it for the next template release.
How do I get the sharpest print output?
Use our 'Export PDF' button. It compiles at 300 DPI vector resolution formatted for standard A4 landscape printing.
Are my certificate details or uploaded logos saved?
No. All rendering and file generation happens locally inside your browser runtime. We never upload or store participant names or signatures on our servers.
